Terms of Service

1. The service

SEOIoT provides software agents that perform SEO, content, social, video, link-building, AI-search, app-store and launch marketing tasks on your behalf, according to the settings you choose. We continuously improve the agents and may change features with notice.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by agents you set to Autopilot. Organizations may invite members with roles; the owner is responsible for members' conduct.

3. Autonomy and approvals

You control each agent's mode: Autopilot, Approve first or Off. In Autopilot, agents publish, post, email and change your connected properties without further confirmation. You acknowledge this and agree to review the activity feed. Actions in Approve first mode are not executed until a member approves them.

You are the publisher of everything the agents produce on your behalf and are responsible for its accuracy and legality. We provide fact-checking and source citations as aids, not guarantees.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use SEOIoT to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content; to spam; to violate the terms of connected platforms; to build private blog networks or link schemes; or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Credits, plans and payments

Credits are a prepaid unit of service worth USD 0.01 or INR 1, consumed according to the published rate card. A task reserves its estimated credits when it starts, charges the actual amount (never more than the estimate) when it completes, and releases the difference. Failed tasks are refunded in full.

Purchased credits do not expire while the account is active. Plan credits are granted monthly and roll over while the subscription is active. Credits are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable between organizations.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds for unused purchased credits are available within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that purchase have been spent.

6. Your content and data

You own your website, app listings, brand and all content you provide. You own the content the agents create for you once it has been charged to your account, and you may export it at any time. We publish it only to the channels you connect.

You grant us the licence needed to operate the service — to process, store, transform and transmit your content to the providers and platforms involved.

7. Third-party platforms

Connecting a platform (CMS, social network, app store, mailbox, analytics) is subject to that platform's terms. Platforms may rate-limit, change or revoke access; we are not responsible for their availability or decisions.

8. Results

Search engines, AI assistants, social networks and app stores control their own rankings and policies. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citations, traffic, installs or revenue. The simulator and examples on our website are illustrative.

9. Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Termination

You may delete your organization at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical. On termination you can export your content for 30 days.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India for INR-billed accounts and by the laws of Delaware, USA for USD-billed accounts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will notify owners of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Contact: legal@seoiot.com.
